Our preferred focus is at the development capital stage where more established businesses are seeking additional capital and expertise to accelerate their growth. We typically invest a minimum of £10m.

IPO Pathway

The companies in which we invest need not necessarily be profitable but should have evidence that a profitable model exists. We are agnostic between private and public companies although have a great deal of experience of taking companies through IPO.

The customer is shifting online as the proposition offered by online businesses is superior in breadth of offering, transparency of pricing and convenience of delivery.

The pace, scale and importance of this shift is not fully appreciated by the overwhelming majority of traditional investors, commentators or businesses.

The scalable nature of online businesses underpins a ‘winner takes most’ endgame in which the best and most efficient operators will command the greatest market share.
