Identifying, appraising and principally, building successful E-Commerce & Technology businesses is the central aspect of our business.
We base our investment decisions on fundamental analysis, proprietary research and the operational experience of our team and our unique Advisory Network.
We proactively utilize this experience day to day, sharing best practice between operators and companies in our network to their mutual benefit.
The customer is shifting online as the proposition offered by online businesses is superior in breadth of offering, transparency of pricing and convenience of delivery.
The pace, scale and importance of this shift is not fully appreciated by the overwhelming majority of traditional investors, commentators or businesses.
The scalable nature of online businesses underpins a ‘winner takes most’ endgame in which the best and most efficient operators will command the greatest market share.
